• To apply to become a vendor at "Vibey Family Market" submit the vendor application found on the website. You will receive a reply within the timeframe within 24 hours.

2.Booth Allocation:

• Booths will be request-based. Vendors will be allowed to request specific booth locations and preferences during the application process. We will thereafter consider the requests when assigning booths.

• The size of the booth will depend on the size of the vendors’ table.

3.Fees And Payment:

• The fees of the stalls are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• The stall fees must be paid even if you are not at the market.

4.Vendor Responsibilities:

• Vendors are responsible for keeping a clean, organised and tidy booth space throughout the market.

• Vendors must set up the booth in a professional and attractive manner.

• Vendors must adhere with all the rules, regulations and guidelines set forth by the market organiser and mall management.

• Vendors must offer products that meet quality standards. No counterfeit or infringing goods may be sold.

• Vendors must ensure that their products are accurately labeled and appropriately packaged.

• Vendors have the responsibility to provide excellent customer service to market visitors.

• Vendors should take necessary safety measures to protect their products and cash handling procedures. "Vibey Family Market" will not be held liable for any theft that takes place.

• Vendors have the responsibility should arrive to the market on time and must be ready to start selling during the designated operating hours until the market's closing time.

• Vendors must clearly display pricing information, any applicable taxes should be communicated and must also offer convenient payment methods such as digital payment options if possible.

4. Product Guidelines:

• Vendors may not sell any type of food and beverages.

• Vendors may not sell counterfeit or infringing goods.

• Vendors must ensure that their products comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• Vendors must display prices prominently and clearly ensuring that customers can clearly see the cost of each product.

5.Cancellations And Refunds:

• If vendors wish to cancel their participation in the Market a notice must be given 48 hours before the date of the Market by a text message or E-mail.

• The fees is non-refundable even if a cancellation was made by the vendor.

• Vendors may transfer their booth to another vendor if they had made a cancellation.

• The market organiser has the right to cancel or reschedule the market and outline any procedures for refunding vendors' booth fees in such cases.

• The cancellation policy is a legal and binding agreement between the vendor and vendor organisers.

6.Modifications To Terms And Conditions:

• The market organiser reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions. This will be communicated to vendors.

7.Severability:

• If any provision of the terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining conditions.

8. Safety:

• No vehicles may move on the trading area between 8:00am-14:00pm, you will lose your booth disobey this rule.

9. General:

• Any disputes must be referred to the market manager.

• Any complaint received from a buyer about your product will be communicated directly to you for your further handling of the complaint with the buyer.

• By becoming a vendor at “Vibey Family Market”, you acknowledge and agree that photographs may be taken during market events or activities. These photographs may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing materials, social media, and our website.

• You understand and consent that your booth or display, including any products, signage, or branding, may be captured in these photographs. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use these photographs in connection with the promotion of “Vibey Family Market.”

• While we strive to ensure that photographs are taken and used in a respectful and professional manner, we cannot guarantee that every photograph featuring your booth or products will be reviewed or approved by you prior to use.

• By becoming a vendor at “Vibey Family Market”, you agree to release and discharge “Vibey Family Market” and its representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or actions arising out of or in connection with the use of photographs, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or copyright infringement.
